Presend audits emails you choose to submit by sending them to a Presend test address. It returns findings about deliverability, rendering, content, links, and compliance risk. Where your plan is eligible and the capture is available, Founding Preview may also show observed images from named real email clients. Presend only receives email — it never sends to your recipients and never connects to your sending platform.
Presend is for permission-based, communication-lifecycle email: newsletters, lifecycle and transactional email, and comparable owned-audience sending. You may not use it to optimize unsolicited bulk email, to test content you have no right to use, or to probe the service itself. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or burden it with automated volume.
Findings — including deliverability estimates and compliance flags — are informed assessments based on the evidence in your message. They are not legal advice, and a passing audit is not a guarantee of inbox placement or of compliance with any law. Compliance findings are risk flags to review with qualified counsel.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Presend, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Free accounts include two expert-review threads. Creator costs $29 USD per month and includes five expert-review threads per billing period; Pro costs $79 USD per month and includes twenty. Stripe may present a supported local currency, including EUR where configured, and may calculate applicable tax.
A thread is the conversation of received versions of substantially the same email. The first eligible expert-reviewed version in a thread and billing period uses one included unit; later versions and retries in that same thread and period reuse it. If a new billing period begins, that thread may use a new unit. Deleting a test does not refund an already used allowance. Deterministic audits are unmetered subject to fair-use and abuse controls. Presend does not offer an overage/credit pack or unlimited expert review at launch.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the paid period. Prices or allowances may change with advance notice; changes do not affect a billing period already paid for. Paid Checkout remains unavailable until Presend signs off the complete native-client, provider, licensing, privacy, cleanup, recovery, capacity, and soak launch gates.
Creator and Pro accounts are eligible for Founding Preview on reviewed threads. Preview displays only observed artifacts that passed Presend’s source, profile, and integrity checks. The launch matrix is Gmail web and Gmail on a private physical Android, Apple Mail on hosted macOS and a private physical iPhone, and classic Outlook on hosted Windows, each in light and dark. A missing or failed capture stays labeled delayed or unavailable; no simulator, emulator, browser approximation, Outlook web view, or shared public device is substituted under a named client. Eligibility does not guarantee that every target succeeds on every run or by a particular time unless a separate written service level says so.
You retain all rights to emails you submit. You grant us the license needed to store, process, and analyze them to provide the service. If your plan includes real-client Preview eligibility, that processing may include delivering the exact message to dedicated capture mailboxes and opening it on hosted dedicated desktop or private physical-device runners operated for Presend. Remote images, including tracking pixels, may be requested and may register an open with their host. Anonymous check content becomes eligible for automatic deletion after 7 days; Presend keeps the relational record until all associated object-storage deletions succeed so a failed purge can be retried. Account content can be deleted in the product where available or by request at support@presend.email.
Presend may send necessary authentication, billing, security, support, and service messages. For an account-owned audit, it may send one generic audit-ready notification with a private report link. That notification does not contain the submitted subject, score, findings, or email content. Delivery failure does not change the audit result. The audit-ingest address is not a support or reply mailbox; unrelated and reply mail sent to that boundary is rejected and not retained.
Presend may offer a $900 Human Release Review, end-to-end email production and management from $2,500, and owned-audience strategy, production, management, and growth from $15,000. These are separate Optiversion professional services, subject to capacity, fit, a written scope, timing, and any separate commercial terms. Displaying a starting price does not accept an order, reserve capacity, or include the service in a Presend subscription.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optiversion’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for consequences of sending or not sending any email, whatever the audit said.
The service — including its check battery, review doctrine, software, and design — is owned by Optiversion. These terms grant you the right to use the service, nothing more. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation.
We may update these terms. For material changes we notify account holders by email or in-product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes belong to the courts of Norway, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
